Exaggeration: The lenghth of his chin and nose are exaggerated to show how much misuses them. He puts his nose where it does not belong and his comments need to be tamed.
Labeling: The Hillary pin shows that he supports his wife, a democratic candidate.
Analogy: It is like he should sit idly by and watch. He is like a dog that has just been reprimanded.
Irony: It is ironic that the ex- president is being treated like the "dog", especially after he dogged her in office. But, more recently for "barking" at Hillary's opposition.

yes - I think the press has been really anti-Clinton; the public actually loves Bill Clinton, and the press has always been frustrated by this. And all he has said is that the press has been giving Obama a free ride and ignoring Hilary's major policy formulations as "too wonkish."
